Hi, I’m Kari! After losing 117 pounds and rebuilding my confidence from the inside out, I became passionate about helping women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond feel healthy, strong, and capable again. I understand how overwhelming weight loss, emotional eating, and consistency can feel — because I’ve lived it. Now I coach women with simple, realistic habits, balanced nutrition, and a mindset shift that sticks. My goal is to make wellness doable, enjoyable, and sustainable so you can feel amazing in your own skin again.
