Hi, I’m Kari! After losing 117 pounds and rebuilding my confidence from the inside out, I became passionate about helping women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond feel healthy, strong, and capable again. I understand how overwhelming weight loss, emotional eating, and consistency can feel — because I’ve lived it. Now I coach women with simple, realistic habits, balanced nutrition, and a mindset shift that sticks. My goal is to make wellness doable, enjoyable, and sustainable so you can feel amazing in your own skin again.

A flexible coaching option designed for busy people who want results without needing to come into the club.
You’ll receive weekly virtual check-ins, goal tracking, habit-building guidance, and ongoing support through text or voice messaging. Perfect if you want someone in your corner who helps you stay consistent every step of the way.

Free Wellness Snapshot (Quick Assessment)

A simple, free evaluation to help you understand your starting point and what your next steps should be.

Begin by completing a short Wellness Snapshot. From there, I review your goals, current habits, and challenges, then reach out with a personalized plan. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll set up your first coaching check-in and start moving toward your goals.

Absolutely. I specialize in helping real people with real-life struggles — including plateaus, emotional eating, and weight regain. You’ll get tools, accountability, and support without judgment.
